So I havent been here in a while. The blog will have a little re-launch next year, but in the mean time I co-host a radio show SWIMSUIT ISSUE every saturday 6-7pm GMT on www.wiredradio.co.uk! if your london based we also started our own swimsuit issue presents series. Wild Nothing - Paradise (video)

Wild Nothing just unvieled the great new video for ‘Nocturne’ stand out ‘Paradise.’ the video is a lo-fi-ish affair staring Michelle Williams and loads of planes. ‘Nocturne’ is out now via Captured Tracks  (via Pitchfork) 

Local Natives - Breaker

Local Natives have finally announced a follow up to their amazing 2010 debut ‘Gorilla Manor.’ its called hummingbird and its out January 29th via Frenchkiss. Listen to the great new single ‘Breaker’ below and get excited. 

Holy Ghost! - It Gets Dark

First new Holy Ghost! since their excellent 2011 self titled debut, and as the title implys it does indeed get darker. This new one is a massive stomping anthem in the same vein as their debut, just you know, darker. The ‘Its Gets Dark’ single is out now digitally and as a one sided 7” on DFA 

The xx - Chained (video)

New video for Chained, directed by Young Replicant, made in conjunction with The Creators Project.  Deep sea vibes. The xx’s excellent ‘Coexist’ is out now via Young Turks/XL  

Toro y Moi - So Many Details

Amazing new jam from Chaz’s upcoming 3rd album ‘Anything in Return,’ due January 22nd (the single’s out november 23rd) on carpark. If this track is anything to go buy then LP no.3 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated of next year. 

Disclosure - Latch Feat. Sam Smith (video)

Disclosure just dropped the video for their great new single ‘Latch,’ And I can say having seen them perform it with Sam Smith on saturday its probably a contender for one of the best songs of 2012. The single is out now on iTunes.
